The mission of California Interagency
Incident Management Team 1 is to safely, effectively, and efficiently manage
all incidents we are assigned by maintaining a skilled and productive team membership.
We will strive to achieve our objectives while creating a positive work environment
for all personnel regardless of team membership.
This
vision of this diverse group is to integrate and maintain the values of Duty,
Respect, and Integrity into our work environment. Encourage personnel to communicate,
coordinate, and cooperate with each other. Formal and experience-based training
will be encouraged to aid in leadership and technical development. This vision
will enhance the performance of the current and future incident management personnel
and provide the feeling of being inclusive of the team.
